Marketing-initiatives and measures

Our in-depth analyses of the status quo examined, among other things, the Facebook and Instagram communities of all centers, including the corresponding user behaviour along the sales funnel. Particular focus was placed on the e-newsletters, their audience, their performance and the visibility of the newsletter sign-up on the centers’ websites.

In a virtual workshop, we answered the following questions:

  • What is the role of the e-newsletter in communication?
  • Where does the e-newsletter fit into the customer journey?
  • What role do Instagram and Facebook play?
  • How do these channels differ from the e-newsletter?
  • Which other channels can be used as alternatives to the newsletter?

The shared knowledge and the jointly-developed use cases provided new inspiration in the area of MarTech for the future usage of the e-newsletter.
