Successful customer service thanks to clear vision, mission and corporate values
No food without bees. The ETH spin-off Wildbiene + Partner ensures the safe pollination of our food thanks to wild bees. At a next level customer service workshop, BMQ Partners had the opportunity to participate in developing the customer service vision and to derive the customer service strategy and suitable measures together with the committed management team. The goals for another projects were developing and defining the vision, mission and corporate values, and the company culture. The next project steps are yet to follow, as the bees buzz from the BeeHome roofs.
