Even today, the Waldhaus is a pure family business without outside partners and directors, which is rare in a structure of this type and size. While the Waldhaus attaches great importance to maintaining the spirit and atmosphere that attracts many guests year after year, the hosts strive to keep up with their time to ensure a contemporary and user-friendly customer service.

Marketing-initiatives and measures

BMQ Partners was entrusted to accompany the Waldhaus Sils step by step into the next level of marketing. With workshops on content creation and analytics, we were able to share our marketing know-how with the Waldhaus team and strengthen their tool knowledge. In addition, we analyzed existing activities such as the booking process on the website and implemented a data dashboard that focuses on relevant KPIs and creates the basis for data-based, customer-centric decisions.

The goal of the collaboration was for the marketing organization to evolve sustainably to:

  • make the most of its marketing potential
  • actively realize new online opportunities
  • base decisions on advertising spend on facts
  • review the effectiveness of their marketing efforts

Instead of extensive, slow strategies, we focused on projects and smaller experiments they could implement immediately.
