Marketing initiatives and measures


BMQ Partners was entrusted with inspiring C-level and conducting a customer journey management workshop:

  • on thinking about customers’ journey,
  • on the potential uses of digital and analogue touchpoints in CRM,
  • on the importance of interconnecting touchpoints to create end-to-end customer interactions with added value.

The second engagement was the Next Level Marketing workshop. Together with representatives of the business units and country organizations, we identified potential in marketing, formulated and prioritized recommendations for action, and derived quick wins and work packages.
