This includes the e-newsletters of six shopping centres that Wincasa manages. And that’s exactly where BMQ Partners had the opportunity to provide incisive inputs as part of our “Marketing Analytics as a Service”.
Our in-depth analyses of the status quo examined, among other things, the Facebook and Instagram communities of all centres, including the corresponding user behaviours along the sales funnel. Particular focus was placed on the e-newsletters, their audience, performance, and the visibility of the newsletter sign-up option on the centres’ websites.

The analysis and the workshop showed us where there is potential for optimising our e-newsletters.
