Next Level Customer Service Strategy

No bees, no food. The ETH spin-off Wildbiene + Partner ensures the safe pollination of our food thanks to wild bees. BMQ Partners had the opportunity to participate in the development of the customer service vision and to derive the customer service strategy and appropriate measures together with the dedicated management team in a next level customer service workshop. The development and definition of the vision, mission and corporate values, coupled with the corporate culture were the goals of another project. Next project steps are to follow, as the bees from the BeeHome roofs are buzzing.
